Absolute snow used to be my go to for snowboarding and winter wear. I bought some bits before christmas and needed to contact customer service. Every time i have called for the last three weeks the phoneline is closed. I emailed both email addresses shown on the website and my confirmations. I used the online contact form. I even messaged on facebook. I have still not had a single response from absolute snow. Utterly non-existent customer service. Avoid
