Return/refund process seemed easy enough. I even received "refund" confirmation a few days later. Except the latter was a deception as no money was actually refunded, when I checked account 9 days after this confirmation.
Therefore 5 stars for purchase experience and 0 stars for refund experience.

Absolute snow used to be my go to for snowboarding and winter wear. I bought some bits before christmas and needed to contact customer service. Every time i have called for the last three weeks the phoneline is closed. I emailed both email addresses shown on the website and my confirmations. I used the online contact form. I even messaged on facebook. I have still not had a single response from absolute snow. Utterly non-existent customer service. Avoid
Absolutely amazing retailer. Only came across Absolute Snow via a google for warm boots then found just what I was looking for. The delivery was fast and the customer service excellent. Will definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommended if you want quality great prices and excellent service
Ok, I must say this is one of the very few great company with awesome customer service that I've come across.I found a similar product on a different site (cheapest) and also on there site but it was more expensive with Absolute snow(and every other site for that matter). I seen that they had a price match option so I reached out to them to see what they can do for me (this email was sent on late Saturday/evening so wasn't expecting anything (reply) till Monday as they close for the weekends) To my surprise I get an email on the Sunday (out of hours) already stating that they will honour the price match but did one better, even cheaper. Only problem was that the free shipping that was standard reverted back to be chargeable. To my excitement to wanting to get the product anyway I bought it none the less the Sunday. Well come Monday I receive an email stating they seen the charge of the shipping and refunded it straight away. So price matched, shipping refunded and now I've paid less then anywhere I can find on the web. What more can I say...this companies customer service is second to none and should be the example to all other companies. Special thanx goes to Rianna who dealt with my purchase from start to finish, her compassion, understanding and just brilliant overall service is to be applauded! Prompt email follow ups, making sure that any issue with the purchase be resolved no matter the obstacle. Her empathy, caring for the customer nature and thoughtful approach is just a marvel and joyful trait. Very much infectious!! Cant argue with their website or the choice of products. The price for my backpack was a good price so I was happy however, I paid for overnight delivery and ordered well before 14:00 as per their delivery terms sadly and is often the case with many companies the goods arrived 2 days. Wouldn't put me off using them again but would only use them if I could wait for the order
Pretty bad service. Bought some snowboarding boots, to which I get an email to say that they're not in stock anymore. Mistakes happen, but as I urgently need them they said they'd send out a replacement pair at the same price if I have a look on their website. I did so fairly quickly, and haven't heard anything back since. No refund, no response and now going away without any snowboarding boots which i'll have to buy whilst i'm away which will likely be triple the price.Poor customer service.
