Pretty bad service. Bought some snowboarding boots, to which I get an email to say that they're not in stock anymore. Mistakes happen, but as I urgently need them they said they'd send out a replacement pair at the same price if I have a look on their website. I did so fairly quickly, and haven't heard anything back since. No refund, no response and now going away without any snowboarding boots which i'll have to buy whilst i'm away which will likely be triple the price.Poor customer service.
