I wish I could give them less than 1 star. The dog bed came almost 3 months after it shipped - it shipped before the pandemic hit. I could look past the shipping delays if it wasn’t for how AWFUL their customer service team is. Rude, unhelpful and not interested in helping resolve the issue. In terms of the product, I expected better quality considering the price point. It is also smaller than I expected (I read the size guide and measurements before ordering) and neither the dog nor cat seem interested in it.
