Worst company ever! They sent me a spoiled, leaking product and then blocked me on Instagram to stop me from warning others. Such a cheap trick! Never buy cat products from them, the items are harmful and unsafe. Within just 3 days of opening, fungus grew on the package. Their products are dangerous and could poison your pets.
After numerous tries of nail trimming,Our vet had gave us gabbapenten for our 6 month old Pitt mix - I didn’t want to drug a puppy just to have his nails done - that was not happening! I saw this add and ordered it . When it got here , I opened the box , put a treat inside- and within minutes, done - nails smoothed, no fuss , just fun ! Greatest invention! We are even working with our 12 year old senior dog , and she is almost there! Thank you so much for inventing something so simple , inexpensive and effective!
I received the item and instantly changed my mind. I emailed them immediately and asked for a return authorization. I stated it had not been used but box was opened. She told me not refundable because it was considered a “intimate” item and they were not refundable. They are advertising this product heavily so they should be telling the public this is a non refundable item.
Writing this pre disptach. Seems their existence is just to pull the money from customers. I ordered on Monday and there is no sign of disptch. Today is 4th day. They donot pick up the calls after 6pm. They will not reply to your emails. No call after placing the order, only I am chasing them. Pathetic customer service. You claim to be Aimed for something, what is your aim, god knows. First impression is last...I have big doubt if your products are effective or you are as usual a commercial organization
Please be careful when going to Absolute Pets Cantenbury Crossing. I had a stressful situation there today where I purchased goods and was charged by my bank for them. After leaving the store the staff member serving me Tsogo (I think is her name) came rushing after me asking if the transaction reflected on my side - which it did. After being told it was not reflecting on there end I went with her back to the store where I was told to sort her pay again or leave the items I purchased behind - despite having paid for them. I was told by Tsogo, who called her manager, that the first amount would be reversed within an hour and if it didn’t I should come all the way back to the store tomorrow to get a refund. I felt like I was being kept hostage for something I didn’t do, naively believing the amount would reverse I paid again. Tsogo assured me she would contact me within the hour to check if it had come back into my account. Of course she did not call. I called the store four hours ago and she told me she would send an email to the bank immediately. I asked to be copied. Needless to say - no email came my way. I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from an established store before. Now the onus is on me to fix this. They fkd up my Sunday and now my coming week which is likely to be spent fighting for my money back.
