Terrible service! I signed up for a course, and they called me a few hours before my class was supposed to start to tell me the group wasn’t complete and they had to push the start date back one more week. A week passed, and I was ready to start my class, but my credentials were still unavailable so that I couldn't access the platform. I tried to contact the customer service person (Engel) through WhatsApp, but received no response, so I called. Someone called Diana answered and told me the same story as a week ago, they offered me a class at 9:00 pm (too late for me) or wait one more week because they were very sure a group was going to open up at the time I selected, so I chose the last one. Another week passed by, and guess what? No credentials, 6 minutes before the class was supposed to start. Again, WhatsApp, Calls, and again the same excuses and options. I ended up asking for my money back. The person on the phone told me there was no problem; they would give me my money back and send me proof of reimbursement, but I never received anything. The person in the WhatsApp chat asked me to be patient (ja!) and stopped replying to my messages. Complete silence from them now
