If you had 0 that would be my scale of customer satisfaction, I ordered a firearm, was notified on 05/02/25 I could not purchase firearm, I having to make payments monthly on an item that has never left their store.I talk with associate he told me it would not appear on my statement because they still have the firearm that was not true,I have opened a dispute but I have to continue making monthly payments until they realize item is still in their store ,they sent me an email on May 02 stating my order canceled but I'm confused because they are still requesting payment for $449.99 I call their customer service which was no help she stated until dispute is resolved I will be charged late fees if monthly payment isn't made by due date. How is it you don't know item still in your store,why would you even apply this to credit card knowing it was never picked up .They continue to send me emails and text stating item never picked up.Why I was denied I have no idea I've sent fingerprints to FBI requesting why I was denied they stated get in touch with King County which I have paid $12.50 on their request, still don't know but that really has nothing to do with Academy charging me for something I don't have.
