Products are good but customer service awful!
I ordered size Small in a jumper and body warmer. Both were too big so I returned for a refund and had to reorder in a smaller size. Didn’t seem to be a simple exchange option.
I returned over a month ago (Feb 17th) and had to contact ACAI to check if received, which they had but am still waiting for a refund which is well over their 21 day returns policy.
Won’t be ordering from this company again!
