Very poor experience using Aberdein Considine to purchase a property. Left waiting for weeks without an update on progress. Everything left to the last minute which made the week before my move very stressful, despite the fact I had checked numerous times that they needed no more paperwork. Turns out they did with 4 days to go!! Emails and calls remained unanswered, seemed every time I was trying to get in touch she was not at her desk. Trying to call in my break from work to get an answer on whether or not the sale was going to go through after sending emails which were unanswered. Cannot believe how much I paid to be treated like this. Terrible service. Very much felt like a number and not a valued client. They really could not care less. Would NOT recommend and in fact have told friends to avoid.
