In general the experience was ok, but I was not informed in time that the buyer is using the solicitor from Aberdein Considine as well and was told about it only when I accepted the offer and asked to sign the document to acknowledge this fact. As well as communication between the agents who deal with my sale can be better, as I needed to repeat same info for the different people who works within one company.
