Ghosted for 7 Weeks - They have my money AND my returned device (Order #ACSP17769)I am writing this to warn others about Acasis warranty support. I purchased the 40Gbps Dual NVMe Enclosure (Order #ACSP17769) in December 2024.The Hardware Failure:The included thermal pads are defective. They adhered so strongly to the enclosure lid that when I opened the case for maintenance, the pads pulled the SSDs straight up, snapping the plastic connector off the PCB. This is a clear design flaw.The Support Nightmare:I followed their instructions and paid £12.90 out of my own pocket to ship the defective unit back to China.Return Delivered: December 23, 2025 (Signed by "Bessy Chen").The Promise: Support stated they would ship a replacement within "1-5 business days" of receipt.The Reality: It has now been 7 WEEKS.I have received no replacement unit and no refund for my shipping costs. Support has stopped replying to my emails completely. They currently have my original payment AND the returned hardware.Effectively, I have been scammed. Do not buy from this company if you expect any customer service or warranty support.
