My experience was terrible. I submitted a support ticket after being scammed, and they claimed, "we will respond within 48 hours," which turned out to be false. I waited a full week for a response, only to be told they didn't believe me, and then they closed the support chat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND; the support is awful!
