Don’t buy. I ordered December 8th… it’s about to be February and I haven’t received it. Only response I got was to contact shipping company… which is from china …. And no answer. I contacted the company repeatedly since… for a refund or just ship me my order…. No response.
This site is a total scam. I was scammed while trying to purchase a gaming account. The support team was unresponsive; it took forever to get a reply from the seller, and my issue was never resolved. I never received the account, and I lost my money.
Purchased a $100 package in November. The seller regained access to the account shortly after. I'm still trying to resolve this issue. Customer support only replies with, "we are investigating. We’ll update you within 48 hours," which they never follow through on. It changed to the seller promising to replace the account within 120 hours (5 days). Now, nearly a week has passed beyond that timeframe, and I still have no refund or account.
My experience was terrible. I submitted a support ticket after being scammed, and they promised a response within 48 hours. Unfortunately, that was not true; I waited a week for a reply, only to be told they didn't believe my claim, and then they closed the chat. I CANNOT RECOMMEND this service due to their poor support!
