My experience was terrible. I submitted a support ticket after being scammed, and they promised a response within 48 hours. Unfortunately, that was not true; I waited a week for a reply, only to be told they didn't believe my claim, and then they closed the chat. I CANNOT RECOMMEND this service due to their poor support!
