Purchased a $100 package in November. The seller regained access to the account shortly after. I'm still trying to resolve this issue. Customer support only replies with, "we are investigating. We’ll update you within 48 hours," which they never follow through on. It changed to the seller promising to replace the account within 120 hours (5 days). Now, nearly a week has passed beyond that timeframe, and I still have no refund or account.
