I am just one exam short of completing my requirements. I have been taking remote exams due to the lack of centers in my country. On the day of my exam, there were server issues, preventing me from logging in. This affected many others as well. They offered to reschedule the exam, but after rebooking twice, my appointment keeps disappearing. I've contacted customer service numerous times; while they are friendly and helpful, their system seems to fail. I only have two sittings left before my exam expiry, and I am anxious to take this exam.
