We live in a 14-unit apartment building that's about 12 years old. Continuous work to re-render the exterior has been financed by the individual owners to maintain the property. When we sought to repair a part of the building, each of us contributed around £2000 for about 10% of the repairs. Unfortunately, we found structural issues that raised the total costs to about £160,000. We contacted the insurance provider we thought was responsible, and they sent a loss adjuster who expressed doubts about the claim being approved, but promised an answer within a week. It is now several months later with no decision, and the scaffolding has been in place for 7 months, costing us thousands. I am currently rating this service 1 star as 0 isn't an option, and I eagerly await a positive reply to hopefully improve their rating.
