However, we discovered structural issues that escalated the total costs to roughly £160,000. We reached out to the insurance provider we believed was managing our case. They dispatched a loss adjuster who expressed skepticism about the claim being approved, promising an answer within a week. As of now, it's been several months without any decision, and scaffolding has been up for 7 months, incurring significant expenses. Currently, I am giving this service 1 star since 0 is not an option, and I hope to receive a positive response soon to improve their rating.

In my experience, this insurance provider has been the worst ever. I strongly advise staying away from this service. Ten months have passed, and they still haven't paid out on my claim, nor have I seen any sign of a payout or permission to start repairs. This company excels at stalling and frequently requests irrelevant information regarding the claim. If I could give them no stars, I would.
I regret not researching reviews before signing up for insurance with this provider. They were recommended by my industry group, which secured a discount on rates. However, what good is a discount if the insurance doesn't pay claims? Their reasoning for denying my claim was hard to believe. Thankfully, it was a small claim, and I plan to switch companies as soon as possible.

They are relentless throughout the process and show no regard for the impact of unavoidable disasters on policyholders. I would not recommend this company; choose a more traditional insurer with better ethical standards.
I completely agree, this insurance provider is unreliable. I have faced homelessness for nearly eight months due to their lack of concern. I'm paying a mortgage without a home and have had to sell family property to manage my finances. My advice to anyone is to avoid doing business with this company. I will continue to fight against them and plan to raise awareness about their poor service.
I feel relieved yet saddened to see others share similar experiences with this provider. They appear to have evaded public scrutiny. They disregard the Insurance Act Laws and show no respect for policyholders. Their focus is solely on minimizing claims to improve their financial standing, and they employ aggressive adjusters to undermine policyholders. I doubt they retain much business post-claim, and I will never use this service again.
