Accent housing association are incompetent and dysfunctional and should lose their contract since they don't care whatsoever about their customers. They are incapable of repairs with little maintenance of their buildings. Moreover they have installed very heavy front entrance and exit doors for the housing scheme and have failed to install new net curtains after kingfisher ripped down our net curtains to install new windows.
