Awful. I have tried on several occasions in the past to submit an application for my daughter and gave up because I couldn’t save it and come back later. I wrote to them on both occasions to complain that their form ironically wasn’t accessible and received no response. Then last week when I finally manage to submit an application I got an email back within 24 hours asking for further information, unfortunately I have a new phone and managed to permanently delete the email (yes I know my fault) so I have now been emailing them all week asking for them to resend the email and they again are not responding. My email has my application reference in etc. They have my money and are now not responding.
