I submitted my application over the phone on Friday, January 16th, and uploaded the necessary documents. I was amazed by the quick turnaround, as I received my approval via email on Sunday, January 18th, despite thinking they only operated on weekdays. 😁 Outstanding service!

The organization assisted me with the initial application, and everything was resolved within two days. I have an Access number but am still waiting for my physical card in the mail. This should save a lot of time and hassle in the future when buying tickets, etc.
I applied for the card around 8pm in the evening and received an email the following morning indicating I had missed a piece of necessary information. I responded and uploaded the document, and within 2 hours, I received an email stating that my card had been approved. This is the fastest and most efficient service I have ever experienced; I wish everything was this simple! 😄
