This company is a scam, ordered an item online, received order confirmation, followed by an email to say the item was out of stock so delivery would be delayed. As this was for a gift it is no good to me now. I have contacted the company twice by email both were ignored. I have reported it to my bank and they have refunded me the money while they investigate the claim, I strongly urge others to do the same as it’s completely unacceptable.
