I strongly advise others to avoid this company. They currently have £585 of my money and have neither issued a refund nor responded to my messages.I waited five weeks for a mirror to be delivered, only for it to arrive broken. It was agreed that I would receive a refund, yet more than a week has passed and no refund has been issued. My follow-up emails are now being ignored.I also ordered two side tables 6 weeks ago and have received no communication whatsoever regarding this order, despite chasing several times. Given the complete lack of updates, I have requested a refund for these items as well, but again, I have had no response.The lack of communication and failure to resolve issues has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
