Further to my previous review.My item arrived damaged, I contacted Accessories for the Home who have proved to be useless in handling a simple replacement or return. Their communication continues to be non existent leaving us with a broken item in a large (smelly) box. No replacement, no collection of the broken item and no communication. I gave them notice that I would start a charge back with my credit card company if they didn't contact me, they haven't so a charge back is now in process. Edit. Their response is confusing, I have not ordered/bought a chair let alone 6 chairs! And I did not buy a table either! They must have me confused with another customer! My order was for a foot stool which arrived damaged. My one and only transaction with them. And I will definitely not be ordering anything from them in the future.
