Incompetent staff and ridiculous and absent management. Bordering on illegal practices around randomly moving your stuff without authorization. Can’t make payments on their app and need to call them. When I call them they won’t pick up. Have been asking repeatedly for recordings of when my stuff was accessed and if it was safely moved and nothing has happened since January. Useless bunch of crooks. Wanted to access the property urgently and am told they are “closed” throughout the Easter break. Do they understand what self serve storage means?
