We just booked for access self storage in Kingston /norbiton.Malkay ( I hope I spelled it right) the assistant at the reception was extremely helpful, polite and explained everything calmly and clearly. We didn't feel pressured and he answered all our questions kindly. Highly recommended!
Staff is helpful. It is very easy to navigate as long as you know how and when to use the codes. The only issue is that access out of hours should be available to all or they should let customers know the exact reason why some of us can access or not. Access out of hours should not be up to the regional manager to decide according to his mood. If Ts & Cs apply, then you have to list them in the website so that the customers are not being mislead to believe they can have access if requested. Imagine someone paying the same as I do, having that privilege and I am restricted for no apparent reason. It is not fair. You need to fix that.
