The storage is easy to access and the team is helpful and professional. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because on the day of the removal, I noticed that I had a lot of stuff and wasn’t sure that it all can fit in the 50 sq feet cubicle! So I booked another one but at the end I managed to fit everything in the initial one. I filled a form 7 days ago and requested the reimbursement but I’m still waiting for the money to be in my account which I found a bit annoying as there is no reason why it should take more than 5 working days! I was told by your staff that it might take up to 3 weeks to get my money back?!I am not happy about that!
