🚨 Warning to all potential users of ACCIONA Movilidad 🚨I recently had a terrible experience with ACCIONA that every customer should be aware of. During a recent ride, the scooter I was using broke down repeatedly, forcing me to abandon it in a location where I could safely turn it off. Despite this, ACCIONA has refused to acknowledge their responsibility for the malfunction and is insisting that I pay for parking violations and towing charges.To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service, they completely dismissed my complaint and closed the case without offering any fair resolution. Instead of addressing the issue of their faulty equipment, they are shifting the blame entirely onto me, the customer.This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Companies like ACCIONA should take responsibility for their equipment and provide support when their vehicles fail.
