Rent from one of the alternatives, stay away from Acciona.

Scooters don't work every x out of 10 times. Helmets are of course deemed to be restowed by the user, but what if the scooter does let you open the case, and then refuse to start, and refuse to re-open the helmet case, disabling you to restow the helmets? You'll get a fine.0/5 for the amount of incidents I've had over the past ±3 years I've used the service.

Bought a property of them in Spain paid max price and now they don’t give a shit. So many Problems and my Neighbours have same problems. Get paid and don’t want to fix nothing.

🚨 Warning to all potential users of ACCIONA Movilidad 🚨I recently had a terrible experience with ACCIONA that every customer should be aware of. During a recent ride, the scooter I was using broke down repeatedly, forcing me to abandon it in a location where I could safely turn it off. Despite this, ACCIONA has refused to acknowledge their responsibility for the malfunction and is insisting that I pay for parking violations and towing charges.To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service, they completely dismissed my complaint and closed the case without offering any fair resolution. Instead of addressing the issue of their faulty equipment, they are shifting the blame entirely onto me, the customer.This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Companies like ACCIONA should take responsibility for their equipment and provide support when their vehicles fail. Ignoring legitimate concerns and penalizing customers for problems caused by their own products is simply bad business.I urge everyone to think twice before using ACCIONA’s services. No English support, charge credit card without permission

I rented a scooter in Barcelona. The scooters are amazing. The system to rent them as well. But on my last day before going to the airport the scooter didn't start anymore. Had to leave him and informed them via app, via mail and even tried by phone. But nobody ever took care ... 1 week later I had payments of over 100 € booked from my credit card. No invoice ... nothingAnd now ... they continuously charge from my credit card. Though I already took their permission use my credit card
