The app is ineffective. There are no responses to any messages. Phone support is even worse. They direct you to the app, which you've already tried and it doesn't work. You wait on hold, select the option to speak to a care provider, and then it asks if you want to take a survey. I declined, and the call ended. Tried again, agreed to the survey, completed it, and then the call ended without any contact from a care provider.
