Exceptional administrator with a responsive team

The administrator is outstanding, always accessible and quick to respond. The team is friendly and compassionate. My only concern was the food, which was quite poor: undercooked chicken, overcooked vegetables, and I doubt anyone would eat this badly.

App is ineffective

The app is ineffective. There are no responses to any messages. Phone support is even worse. They direct you to the app, which you've already tried and it doesn't work. You wait on hold, select the option to speak to a care provider, and then it asks if you want to take a survey. I declined, and the call ended. Tried again, agreed to the survey, completed it, and then the call ended without any contact from a care provider.

If you're reading about this service, your company has likely decided to promote a so-called 'health concierge,' which is misleading. In my case, the company is associated with this service, which ensures you won't have access to customer service for your healthcare plan. Interactions often result in delays and unresponsive communication. It's the most ineffective service I've encountered in healthcare, and companies using it should reconsider.

Relief that the service is being discontinued

I'm relieved that the company is finally discontinuing this service. It was a complete waste of time with no claims assistance. Different answers to the same questions, no callbacks, and unhelpful agents. My concern now is whether unresolved issues will be addressed once the service is no longer available.

A disappointing experience

This service is extremely disappointing. It was presented as a virtual alternative through insurance, but after scheduling an appointment and verifying everything, they later tried to charge more money. The customer service was terrible, and the app was frustrating to use. Both companies involved should not be trusted.

No progress after two months

The service provides no value to the health insurance claims process. In fact, I've been going in circles for two months trying to get a claim corrected. I contacted the insurance company directly and made progress in one call. If your company offers this service, I strongly advise avoiding it altogether. Go directly to the insurance company to save time, money, and frustration.
