The representative was extremely professional from the start, aiding in swiftly securing tradespeople for renovations before letting. They also found new tenants quickly, even before my property was listed online. Very satisfied! 👍
Initially, we were informed that our move-in date would be the 6th of November, but it was delayed to the 26th with limited communication and slow replies. However, since moving in, the service from the representative and landlord has been outstanding, and everything is going smoothly now.
My partner previously left a negative review, and the accommodation claimed they would fix the issues. However, I found the property advert again, which no longer states 'bills included' but now says 'reduced', despite a price increase of £50. I wouldn't trust this agency; they seem to change details at will and include misleading information. Best to avoid.
I want to commend the representative for her excellent support. She was professional and responsive. When we faced a serious heating issue while she was away, the agency was unhelpful despite multiple contacts. However, once I reached out to her directly, she resolved the issue immediately. I'm giving 5 stars solely because of her assistance, though I am disappointed with the agency's overall response.
Avoid this agency. The property was listed as having all bills included except council tax, which was confirmed during the viewing. Later, the owner contradicted this, stating only internet was included. When I raised this issue, he dismissed my concerns and rejected my application instead of addressing the misleading information. This is clearly deceptive behavior and very unprofessional.
