I made a $5000 purchase 9 days ago and paid via cryptocurrency, expecting to receive the credentials within 48 hours as promised. After that timeframe passed, I filed an official complaint, and the team assured me that I would receive the account within 24-48 hours. Now, 9 days later, I still have no credentials and no meaningful updates. All I've been told is that the systems are being updated, with no clear timeline for when I might receive the credentials. One representative even suggested I should just wait, leaving me uncertain about whether I will receive them at all. I'm disappointed and frustrated, especially after recommending this to all my students!

This is a scam. I purchased an instant account and my trades were initially successful. However, their unfair contract has a clause requiring you to make 1% of your account balance in profit each day, which is absurd since an instant account limits your floating losses to 1.5%. Meeting that requirement is impossible. It's completely fraudulent.
