Reward programs are tiresome at the best of times, but when you actually get notified you can claim £10 worth of vouchers for FREE you don't complain. However on the two attempts to redeem I have been told "there is a problem with my account". The same account that handles my mail, cloud, programs etc. So just a little concerning. I have complained TWICE and normally Microsoft customer service replies but nothing to date. Why offer incentives that simply disappoint life long customers. Hence the BAD review. Sort it out please.11/06/23 Finally redeemed the points for a voucher. No response from Microsoft but maybe they fixed the issue? They were quick to take my 365 subscription. No problem with that!26/07/23 Microsoft followed up and closed the case on 18/07/23.
