Frustrating account access issues

I have a frustrating story that started with buying a new laptop and the necessary software. Shortly after, I was informed I needed to purchase a subscription to continue using essential programs. I've been unable to access my account for over two months now. Despite following all the prompts to reset my password, I am continuously locked out. I've received no personal support, and my original email access has been blocked. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I've received no responses to my inquiries.

Locked out due to incorrect age settings

I was unexpectedly signed out across all devices and locked out of my account, which was incorrectly flagged as belonging to a minor. I had to request parental access to regain control, despite being listed as a parent myself. This is a serious violation of my privacy, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
