Whenever I call, I'm connected to a different representative each time, and there are no notes in my file, forcing me to repeat the entire situation. This leads to unresolved issues. Additionally, they will stop filling prescriptions without informing you, leaving you in the dark about any problems. They allow you to miss doses and create unnecessary hurdles to get your medication. There's no cooperation whatsoever.
