Unacceptable Delivery TimeI ordered and paid for a dress. 8 weeks later I still have not received it. I have been on the tracking and customer service enquiry lines. They are unable to update the location of my parcel. They keep responding with “please be patient” and more recently “please don’t worry - when it gets to your post office the courier will deliver it”. The tracking I received said it arrived in Western Australia 33 days ago. No update since. I have asked for an update or refund. I get the same “be patient, don’t worry” response. Never again!
