I ordered the 3 pack of Indestructible bears. In less than 20 minutes my dogs had them ripped apart. I asked for a refund after submitting pictures. They initially offered me $10. I refused and told them I wanted no less than $30. They came back with $15. I again told them no, I wanted $30. They said they only had the authority to give me $15. So I asked to be escalated to a supervisor. They replied that I could return them and pay shipping to China or take the $15. I am so angry right now.
I bought the chew proof dog toy and it stated in the ad that if they destroyed it they would replace it for free. Well it lasted about 15 minutes and the dog had it destroyed. I sent pictures of the toy to these people and they told me the dogs teeth were too sharp and offered a 4$ refund. I paid over 30$ for this toy.
They offered me a $1 refund for a $25 dog toy that they said was durable and long lasting. Our dog tore it apart in less than 5 minutes. They are now saying I have to pay to ship it back just to get another low quality replacement. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered 2 stuffed dog toys. They were guaranteed, replacement. They were listed as “indestructible”. When I got my notification that they had mailed it showed Italy. It took nearly 2 months to receive toys. They are not in Italy they are in China. My grand-dogs destroyed them in about 5 minutes. Most toys last 6 months to a year. When I requested my money back they refused, then in another email they said I could send them back but that mailing would cost me much more. The next email offered me $8 of the over $40 I spent on the toys.
Bought the indestructible bear for my 6lb yorkie. He destroyed it in less than 3 hrs. I immediately took pictures and emailed the company for a refund. They offered $2. I refused. Next $4 then $6. I told them I’m putting in a complaint to BBB and demanded full refund of $33. We shall see their next move.
