This is one of the worst online services i have ever seen or tried to use. i work in IT and dont understand how this was commissioned, an online system that can only be used from 8am in the morning and once the alloted number of tickets are used that is it. i feel for the elderly who do not use the internet as they now have two make two journeys to there surgery, one to make the appointment and the second for the appointment, why cant we just stick to the old telephone 8am system that every one can use.
