Absolutely below any expectation. I had a phone appointment scheduled between 1 pm and 6 pm, so I couldn’t just wait five hours by the phone, and my day went on as usual.
I received a call just before 3 pm while I was driving on the motorway. When I picked up the phone, I said, “Sorry, I’m driving and can’t talk right now.” The reply was, “No worries, I’ll be quick.”
After the call, Accurx changed my medication, and now I’m unable to continue or order my prescription.

Absolutely useless a bunch of amateurs.

This system is not patient friendly.

I spent over an hour going round in circles with this system. Every time I needed to verify with a code, it was sent to a number with 1 different digit to mine. My GP surgery clearly had the correct number as they sent the link (and I double checked). Had to visit the surgery who kept telling me this was impossible - so it ended up with a terse and tearful exchange before I could get an appointment. Horrible for the receptionist and for me. How many people can't get the appointment they need because of this problematic system?

It just doesn’t work

It just doesn’t work. I have no issues with other websites. I will have to phone . What a waste of cash . Employ some more staff would probably have been cheaper. Annoying.

Time wasting and unreliable.

My GP practice requires I use AccuRx to "speak" to them but then phone me to book an appointment!Several times I have made requests through the system, got a validation code but messages have never reached the surgery. Since I have to allow the surgery two days to respond to requests there is a lot of time wasting.

Site owned by Nepo baby

Won't let me book an appointment won't even load page to show appointments to choose from absolutely rubbish. Just another site adopted by the NHS to pay some very rich Nepo baby who has never done a day's work in there life. Money laundering away from the people who use NHS services

Poor user interface

Poor user interface, 20 plus years out of date, in my case I had to go through the whole process twice just because I was offered a very narrow window of available appointments. Medically, I've raised my symptoms twice already and only on the 2nd time did I get a response. Rubbish

Ghastly

Ghastly - so much typing - my eyes are not good - aqd i type slowly - cannot find an appointment that works as you can if you are talking to a receptionist - alienates patents even more from GPs - needs to be binned

accurx? Not for the elderly.

accurx’s liaison with the NHS seems to be n absolute nightmare for non-tech-savvy old gimmers like me. Tapping on a small screen with links which seem to either go round in circles or lead up “blind alleys” seems to be a waste of my dwindling days. Queuing in the rain is a joy compared to fiddling about on this website.
