I had a screening call. I was asked: "Why do you want to work for us?" I said I'd find working in health tech meaningful.A few days later I got told that I failed the interview because I didn't have a good enough answer. The recruiter wanted to hear: "I really want to work in health tech. I know it's disappointing to but I hope it helps".It did not. "You didn't use the exact wording I had in mind, so I'm not continuing to the application process. Daw, hope you that helps". Just send people default rejecting mails and stop this shit.
