Ordered three items w express delivery (2-3 days) on Sunday night, wanting the items in time for the following Sunday (Mother’s Day). Thought to myself, let’s check the reviews on TrustPilot after the order and was appalled when I saw the average review was soo low. Checked Facebook and saw a different story with 34.5k likes, so decided to stick with the order.By Wednesday i was nervous with no order received, so I sent an email on Thursday asking for an update - no reply (thus no 5 stars). Fortunately the day after, I received a Royal Mail package tracking email saying the items would be delivered on Saturday.Package received!! Phew. To all the doubters, they do deliver. I gave 4 stars because of the lack of response to my email. That being said, it would’ve been a busy week given the lead up to Mother’s Day. Thank you ACDesigns team.
