Placed an order which was promised to be delivered 4-6 days time. I emailed on day 9 to get an update and had no response. Seller eventually responded through messages and assured me my order would be delivered in 24 hours. Further messages with queries regarding this were ignored. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order on 21/12/23, paying £9.99 delivery for it to arrive 21-22/12/23. I contacted the seller on 23/12/23 for an update. I was informed my order would now arrive after Christmas. Had I known I would not have paid for the 24 delivery. The seller does not believe me when I explained the delivery stated it would arrive 21-22/12/23. I still have not received this order or a refund which I have requested. I have sent multiple emails and messages, all of which have been ignored.
