I placed an order on 1st September and the confirmation email stated dispatch within 5-6 days. I received no further correspondence. I emailed twice on 2 separate days on the 12th and 13th of the month with no response. I messaged them using Facebook messenger on the 14th and no response. On the 16th, I applied for a refund via PayPal. I definitely wouldn’t use again. I’m disappointed by the company as I want to support small businesses but the service just isn’t there.
