Ive sent the proper documents to update my address, they were accepted and still nothing. They keep insisting "on our end its changed" which makes no sense. If its updated on your end why isnt it updated on mine? Its probably a way to stop redemptions. Had the same issue with their sister site Mcluck and i ended up deleting my account. Ive been getting the runaround for hours and at this point thought id leave a review.
