Ive received both Gift Cards loaded and ready at 11am, both of my payouts for cash were sent to my bank @ !0:15am anytime now the cash will deposit. Having in mind the recent emails questioning my credibility on this platform, this time I am leaving a less favorable, but fully justified review.
The “no deposit bonus” offer was clearly advertised on the website – I have screenshots confirming this.
However, after contacting the operator, I was informed that a deposit was required, which directly contradicts the advertised terms.
The operator spent approximately 20 minutes “reviewing the case,” only to maintain a position inconsistent with what was publicly stated.
This was not a matter of unclear terms and conditions, but a change of conditions after the fact.
I reported the issue immediately and did not proceed with any further actions – there was no mistake on my side.
If a company advertises a “no deposit bonus” and then requires a deposit, this is misleading to customers.
Not recommended.

Ive sent the proper documents to update my address, they were accepted and still nothing. They keep insisting "on our end its changed" which makes no sense. If its updated on your end why isnt it updated on mine? Its probably a way to stop redemptions. Had the same issue with their sister site Mcluck and i ended up deleting my account. Ive been getting the runaround for hours and at this point thought id leave a review.
Please don't waste your money if you win money they won't pay you even if you have proof you won they use every excuse not to pay you they want a screen shot of your bank card they want proof of address and also your ip address so you send that and they say they didn't receive it after sending it more then once still haven't received my money will be getting legal advise so please don't waste your money they are a scam!!!
