Having in mind the recent emails questioning my credibility on this platform, this time I am leaving a less favorable, but fully justified review.
The “no deposit bonus” offer was clearly advertised on the website – I have screenshots confirming this.
However, after contacting the operator, I was informed that a deposit was required, which directly contradicts the advertised terms.
The operator spent approximately 20 minutes “reviewing the case,” only to maintain a position inconsistent with what was publicly stated.
This was not a matter of unclear terms and conditions, but a change of conditions after the fact.
I reported the issue immediately and did not proceed with any further actions – there was no mistake on my side.
If a company advertises a “no deposit bonus” and then requires a deposit, this is misleading to customers.
Not recommended.
