They locked my account months ago then sent email asking me to open account which I did successfully. After depositing a few times I won $100 and went to redeem, but the moment I tried to redeem they locked my account and told me to piss off. I am starting a lawsuit after trying to settle for even my deposits refunded. They'd rather get sued then pay out $40-$50 to refund me. Don't bother trying their customer service, they're only there to rip you off save your money play somewhere else.

I've tried your support numberous times and even sent the emails I got saying you wanted me to play. My account is under name Timothy Kalua. I can't get account number because you locked me out as soon as I won.

Now they offer to reopen account in a different email and keep my deposits and winnings. Big help, they think I'm dumb enough to deposit more money and expect to win after this. They think we are all dumb and they will regret not settling the $100 redemption when I see my day in court😁$$$
