The major issue arose after spending 15 hours on the course when access was suddenly revoked, forcing me to start over. I requested a refund since the service provided was inadequate and I wasn’t credited for the hours spent. Why would I trust them to go through the process again only to face the same problem? The customer support team seemed unable to escalate my concerns, grant access, or issue a refund. I strongly advise caution with this company. The positive reviews appear to be fabricated, as they do not reflect the actual experience with this course.
