I purchased a Groupon Code for a $97 real estate course that expired. I then purchased the SAME EXACT COURSE thru Groupon with the same company Acable Agent. This is an online course. When I went to put the code in, it DID NOT WORK. I tried numerous times. I was frustrated, so I created a new account with a different email address. Again, IT DID NOT WORK. I then wrote an email to Acable Agent stating I had no access to their course. I got a response back saying they went ahead and extended my original course for FREE and to reach out to Groupon to seek a refund. Well, after numerous emails back and forth and even getting my bank involved, sharing what had happened, Groupon REFUSED to give me a refund. The merchant says their hands are tied and the only way I could get a refund is with Groupon. Groupon stated that the code was ' viewed ' and when I shared that it still did not work, now matter where I entered it and I was given a complimentry extention, they did not care. Both Groupon and Acable Agent says that I can gift the real estate course to someone... Hahah um, no. There's no one in my world looking to take real estate classes right at this moment. Now I have two of the EXACT SAME COURSE, one is sitting idle- AKA in the tolit along with my $100 bucks. Never again will I use Groupon or AceableAgent and I suggest others stay far, far away. This is black and white, and there is ZERO gray area, All it does is chase away customers... BYE, learned my lesson the hard way like so many others.
I researched the courses and am so happy I picked AceableAgent. I have taken many courses online for the past 40 years and their format makes the class go by quickly. I love the audio and visual together. The sections are the perfect size and ongoing quizzes are great. I would recommend this course to anyone getting a real estate license.
My wife and I both took this class and finished a week apart. We liked the course material, but found some of the practice tests repeating the same question during the same test. After taking the practice tests 10+ times I still get a new question every time. It would be nice to just get all the questions to review since you can take the tests over and over and still not seem some of the questions they have.
After completing the course we received different emails on how to proceed. My wife was given instructions that included the "Required Student Affidavit for Online Courses". I did not receive this email, but did set one with the instructions just to share on LinkedIn and social media, and then schedule my exam with PSI. There was nothing about the jotform that was required. I tried to apply to take the exam and PSI rejected me. After talking to them I was informed that I have to reach out to Aceable as your company had not sent over the required documents. I called Aceable and was then told that I had to complete the jotform before you could send over the information to PSI. This would have been helpful in the email you sent me. I find it odd that my wife and I received two different email instructions from your company.
It would have also been helpful to provide your school ID (with PSI) so when we try to apply for our test we don't have to search online to find this information.
This program has been very user friendly. I love the convenience of being able to go from my laptop to the app in my phone and pick up in the same place. The lessons are really good and the topics come up multiple times so the repetition helps with remembering the information.
Material broken down into manageable sections. Great job of presenting info in all sections. Tests at end of each chapter reinforced knowledge of subject matter and inspired confidence. Maybe one of the best online Real Estate courses I have ever taken. I highly recommend Aceable for all your Real Estate training needs.
I truly appreciate the course layout and the way humor is woven into the lessons about the real estate industry. I've gained so much knowledge just from the first six chapters. I'm eager to keep learning. I highly recommend this course!
I appreciate the flexibility to learn at my own speed in my spare time. I really like the inclusion of test questions in each lesson and the chance to revisit chapters that I might need additional time to study.
I invested a significant amount for the real estate course and found the curriculum to be quite disappointing. It seemed to promote very progressive ideals. Additionally, the course quality was lacking, featuring just brief reading segments followed by short quizzes. It felt like a waste of time. I need a course that effectively teaches the material so I can study, rather than repeatedly answering the same questions on my phone just to proceed to the next segment. The major issue arose after spending 15 hours on the course when access was suddenly revoked, forcing me to start over. I requested a refund since the service provided was inadequate and I wasn’t credited for the hours spent. Why would I trust them to go through the process again only to face the same problem? The customer support team seemed unable to escalate my concerns, grant access, or issue a refund. I strongly advise caution with this company. The positive reviews appear to be fabricated, as they do not reflect the actual experience with this course.
I have not finished the full course as of yet but, I will say that I am enjoying it and it is way easier to comprehend than the previous course that I was taking. I would definably, recommend this course to others in the future. It is more interactive, and I am not left feeling so confused. Looking forward to completing my course so I can take my state test which I know I will pass.
